1. Digital Products – All Sales Final

All sales of digital products (eBooks, audiobooks, downloadable content, etc.) are final and non-refundable once the order is completed.

Why Are Digital Sales Final?

  • Digital products are instantly accessible after purchase.
  • Once downloaded or accessed, they cannot be “returned.”
  • This policy is standard practice to prevent unauthorized distribution.

2. Physical Products – Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns on physical products (such as paperback or hardcover books) under the following conditions:

a. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition you received it.
  • Be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Be in its original packaging (if applicable).
  • Have a receipt or proof of purchase.

b. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Digital products (eBooks, audiobooks, etc.).
  • Gift cards.
  • Sale or clearance items (final sale).

3. Refunds (If Applicable)

Once we receive and inspect your returned physical item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product), we will cover return shipping costs.

4. Exchanges (If Applicable)

If you received a damaged or defective item, we are happy to offer an exchange. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@amberlei.com with a photo of the issue.


5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please:

  2. Contact your credit card provider—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
