- Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- You will receive an order confirmation email after placing your order and a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.
- If we experience high order volumes, processing times may be slightly delayed.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

3. International Shipping
We ship worldwide! However, please note:
- Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
- Customs processing may cause delays beyond our control.
- We are not responsible for shipments delayed or held by customs.
4. Tracking Your Order
- A tracking number will be provided once your order ships.
- You can track your package via the carrier’s website.
- If you don’t receive a tracking number, check your spam folder or contact us at info@amberlei.com
5. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in the carrier’s hands. However, if your order hasn’t arrived:
- Check the tracking details.
- Contact the shipping carrier for updates.
- If your package is marked “delivered” but you haven’t received it, check with neighbors or your local post office.

6. Shipping Restrictions
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes (for certain carriers).
- Some items may be restricted in certain countries—please check local import regulations before ordering.
7. Digital Products
All digital products (eBooks, audiobooks, etc.) are delivered instantly via email or direct download. No physical shipping is required. If you do not receive your digital purchase, check your spam folder or contact BookFunnel at help@bookfunnel.com
